Shipping & delivery

Free insured shipping on every U.S. order — no minimum

Every Veyara stone ships fully insured with signature required on delivery. Eligible in-stock loose stones ship via FedEx 2Day. Standard U.S. shipping has no fee or small-order surcharge.

  • Standard U.S. shipping costs $0: no minimum order.
  • Preparing an eligible in-stock loose stone: we ship it the same or next business day after payment clears. Orders paid after 2 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, count from the next business day.
  • Time in transit: FedEx 2Day, so estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch (the extra day allows for a missed signature). Allow 2–4 business days after cleared payment in total for an eligible in-stock loose stone. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
  • Other listed loose stones: allow approximately 4–8 business days after cleared payment (1–3 to dispatch and 3–5 in transit), subject to supplier availability confirmation. A listing held while supplier availability is checked does not qualify for the faster estimate. Confirm availability and timing before ordering.
  • Express Insured: available rates and estimated delivery are shown at checkout. Review the shipping option and total before paying.
  • A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking is sent the moment your stone ships; tracking goes live within 24 hours.
  • All shipments are 100% insured in transit — lost packages are fully refunded or replaced.
  • No shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays.

Made-to-order jewelry and custom orders

Made-to-order jewelry takes 2–3 weeks to make before shipping. After completion and cleared payment, allow 1–3 business days for dispatch and an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. The in-stock loose-stone estimate does not include this production time. For custom-sourced or custom-cut orders, confirm the schedule with us before paying.

Need it by a particular date? Ask a diamond specialist to confirm availability and delivery options before you order. Express shipping does not remove production time.

Lost, stolen, or damaged

  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours and we will open an insured claim.
  • If a package arrives tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and notify the courier immediately.
  • Changing the delivery address after dispatch may void transit insurance — confirm your address at checkout.

Customs & duties

  • U.S. customers pay no duties or customs fees.
  • International orders may incur local customs/taxes set by the destination country; these are the buyer's responsibility.
