Returns & Refunds
Effective October 27, 2026. Orders placed before this date keep the return terms they were bought under.
All sales are final
We keep prices close to wholesale, and that only works without change-of-mind returns. Please check the stone's IGI or GIA report, video and measurements before you buy, and ask us anything first.
Cancellations
We reserve your stone as soon as payment clears, often within hours. If you need to cancel, contact us right away. We can refund you in full only if your stone hasn't been reserved yet. After that, the sale is final.
You're still covered if
- The stone doesn't match its IGI or GIA report: we refund in full, including return shipping.
- You receive the wrong stone or it arrives damaged: tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we'll make it right.
- It's lost in transit: every shipment is fully insured, and we refund or replace it.
